Key Responsibilities

• Overseas Warehouse & Logistics Operations Management: monitor and oversee end-to-end overseas warehousing and distribution processes, track exceptions, and coordinate cross-functional resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Process & Policy Maintenance: maintain and dynamically update the standardized workflow and policy framework for overseas warehousing and logistics operations

• Project Execution & Risk Control: lead and implement phase-based projects (e.g., new warehouse setup, layout optimization, labor productivity improvement, and operational model enhancements) with rigorous risk management to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

• Data-Driven Cost Optimization: analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product simplification, process improvements, and cost reduction in warehouse operations and logistics expenditures
