The Business Manager (BM) will report directly to the Board of Director of East Africa Marine Transport Limited (EAMT) and be responsible for the strategic direction of the company. They will draw upon their business intelligence and be responsible for championing and developing the business and providing support, coaching or mentoring to others within the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management ideally coupled with either legal/compliance or accounting qualifications/training is a must;

• Be fluent in Luganda and English;

• Have extensive experience of working in the African infrastructure sector particularly maritime transport;

• Have 5-10 years' experience of working on construction projects and/or managing delivery of construction activities
