Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Set and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Lead, train, and mentor retail staff
• Monitor store operations, inventory, and merchandising standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns
• Coordinate with executives, department heads, and partner organizations
• Prepare sales reports and ensure budget and policy compliance
