Requirements:

• Education: Pharm-D / MBA
• Experience: 4–5 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in managing Ortho & Gynae product portfolios
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and market analysis capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies for Ortho & Gynae products
• Lead and manage sales and marketing teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
