Business Manager – Platform Delivery & Client Engagement (80–100%)

Location: Switzerland (or willing to relocate).

About the Role

  • Define, standardize and continuously improve processes across BPS, including change management, case management, governance and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain best‑in‑class tooling for client‑relationship workflows – roadmap oversight, demand intake, service‑management cases, KPIs and dashboards.
  • Work closely with Client Platform Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent client experience and delivery quality across all Partner Banks.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with IT, Product, Operations and Risk to streamline how client demands are captured, assessed and executed.
  • Lead internal projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency, transparency and scalability.
