The Business Manager, Flegen is responsible for driving the strategic growth, commercial performance, and operational excellence of Flegen. This role works closely with Commercial, Marketing, in-house Lactation Consultants, and senior leadership to curate differentiated service offerings, expand business channels, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience aligned with Hegen's brand and purpose.
We are looking for talents who are passionate about supporting mothers and babies. The ideal candidate is someone who is capable in combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making and people management skills.
