You will be responsible for overseeing overall management operations related to clinic operations and business expansion at a Japanese-affiliated clinic in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Oversee overall clinic operations (approximately 20 staff members)
Manage budgeting, sales and marketing strategy planning and execution, and staff development
Lead recruitment activities, including hiring medical interpreters
Features & Culture: The company currently operates two locations in River Valley and West Coast, with plans for further business expansion including new clinic openings
Main clientele are Japanese families and children residing in Singapore
A fast-paced, venture/startup-like working environment
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills: Experience in B-to-C business or in a managerial (leadership) role
