Sourcing Tractor Loans and meeting targets
Channel Development
Identifications and Tie Ups with Used Tractor Dealers as well as Re-sellers
Resolution of PDD(if any)
Take care of Used Tractor Loan collection
Team Building and Channel Development
Achievement of Business Plan
Portfolio management in coordination with Ops & Collection
Asset Verification of the cases under processing
Taking care of vehicle loan business all across assigned geography
Regular review meeting with line managers
Strong check on EDs and NS cases
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships
