As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking dedicated Business Support Executives who will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. Your role includes:
Prepare sales-related documents such as reporting and analysis (quotations / sales orders / material forecasts, etc.)
Liaise with internal departments for product delivery, operational challenges & sales related matters
Manage customer requests, feedback, complaints & inquiries
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
Involve in continuous process improvement
