What success looks like in this role:

Business Operations

• Manages the review of cost and service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned targets
• Analyze complex business issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision makers.
• Construct forecasts, recommend plans based on the business data
• Develop reports for management on the overall performance of business and develop metrics to measure various characteristics of the business.
• Responsible for overseeing product and/or service operations at a integral or regional level

Reporting and Analytics

• Analyze large quantities of data and present insights and predictions to support management planning, executing and monitoring of business decisions.
