A leading financial institution is seeking a Business Operational Risk Specialist to join the team and act as the primary point of contact for all Sales Personnel complaints. This role supports operational risk management by handling risk identification, assessment, reporting, and assisting in enhancing the operational risk framework across departments such as Investments, Marketing & Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations on agents/sales personnelcomplaints and misconduct.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationship.
• Prepare reports on the state of complaints and misconduct
• Assist in operational risk testing and periodic reporting to key stakeholders.
