Business Operations Analyst

Paystand is seeking a Business Operations Analyst, AI Enablement & Payments Strategy to build and strengthen the operational intelligence layer behind our payments business. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, payments analytics, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tooling, helping improve how we monitor performance, generate insights, and support decision‑making.

• Build and maintain dashboards that track key payment and operating KPIs, including margin, success rates, vendor costs, latency, volume, routing performance, and exceptions.
• Analyze payment and operational data to identify performance issues, cost inefficiencies, vendor underperformance, and margin improvement opportunities.
• Develop reporting frameworks and models that help leadership understand payment economics, pricing implications, operational risk, and overall business performance.
