This role focuses on eliciting and documenting current‑state processes across programs, identifying gaps in clarity or consistency, and translating informal practices into standardized SOPs.

The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis and facilitation skills, is comfortable working with volunteers across time zones, and can quickly understand the tools and workflows used across diverse operational roles.
