Business Operations Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with sales leadership to monitor and improve salesforce productivity, conversion rates, and overall showroom performance.

• Support sales training initiatives, including onboarding, continuous skills development, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness programmes.

• Work with HR to support hiring, performance management, and retention of a high-quality salesforce.

• Design and manage sales incentives, contests, and internal competition frameworks to drive motivation and performance.

• Identify bottlenecks in sales operations processes (booking, approvals, documentation, financing, insurance, delivery) and implement process improvements.

• Act as a key liaison between frontline sales teams and central functions to resolve day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
