Role Purpose

Assists the Billing Manager in the entire meter-reading and billing process to ensure timely and accurate reading and billing of all billable accounts for the month, and monitors prompt delivery of bills. The Billing Assistant is also in-charge of updating customer master data upon approval of Billing Manager. 

Job Description

Meter Reading & Account Maintenance  - 100% Completion, 100% Accuracy, Resolution of Field Findings 

Prepares MRO for all MRUs to be read in a month; Downloads and uploads Meter Reading Units (MRUs) from and to the system before and after meter reading and ensures completeness by end-of-day. This includes encoding of actual meter reading in the system; Prints Meter Reading List (MRL) for review of the Meter Reader and analysis of the Territory Manager; Processes implausibles/exception items daily and monitors accounts put on hold for further verification until it is billed in the system; Updates me...
