We're hiring a junior operator who's excited to explore every corner of startup needs—starting with a finance focus. You'll keep the company running smoothly: payments, invoices, spend tracking, simple reporting, and process cleanup. You'll work directly with founders, learn fast, and grow your scope quickly.
What you will do
· Run day-to-day finance ops: invoices, payments, reimbursements, vendor coordination
· Support month-end close with clean documentation and basic reconciliations support
· Maintain spend visibility: tools/subscriptions/vendors, cost tracking, simple dashboards
