About the Role
We're looking for a Business Operations & Growth Lead to work directly with me (cofounder) across client growth, internal product/SaaS initiatives, and core business operations.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who likes figuring things out, asking good questions, and turning loose ideas into shipped work.
You won't be boxed into a narrow function. You'll be close to decisions, exposed to how the business actually runs, and trusted with real responsibility early.
If you want a role where you can grow fast, learn how to operate a business from the inside, and build real leverage, this will likely be a good fit.
What You'll Work OnClient:
Growth & Marketing Execution
- Own day-to-day marketing execution for client accounts
