Business Operations Integration Manager (Remote — Southeast/Midwest/South-Central U.S.)

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching (Inc. 5000 #244 in 2023) is hiring an operations leader to run our weekly execution engine and drive measurable improvements across the client flow: inquiry → intake → scheduling → first appointment → clinician utilization.

Remote location focus: We are prioritizing candidates located in the Southeast, Midwest, and South/Central U.S.
Examples include: GA, NC, SC, TN, FL, AL | OH, IN, MI, MO, WI, IA | TX (outside Austin), OK, KS.
Responsibilities
+ Run weekly cadence: KPI scorecard, accountability meeting, action tracking
+ Improve intake/scheduling workflows; create/enforce SOPs + QA
+ Track demand vs capacity and drive utilization
+ Lead projects end-to-end (scope → delivery)
+ Manage a lean admin model: 4 offshore (PH) + ≤2 onshore via workflows and metrics
+ Coordinate operational handoffs with billing/RCM support to reduce preventable issues
