Job Summary
Telerelation is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Business Operations & Systems Associate to streamline our digital operations, knowledge management systems, and content workflows. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence as we scale our consulting practice and client deliverables.
As a Business Operations & Systems Associate, you will own the backbone of our digital infrastructure—from managing software licenses and employee onboarding/offboarding to migrating and optimizing our knowledge management system (SharePoint to M-Files), maintaining our website, creating content from internal materials, and building a structured database of our extended leadership team (XLT) members.
