Business Operations Lead - Singapore

CEI is a mission-led not-for-profit with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, London, Singapore and Oslo. Our teams work with policymakers, practitioners, organisational leaders and funders to close the gap between what we know (from research) and what we do (in practice) — translating evidence into action, supporting implementation, and evaluating what works to improve outcomes for children, families and communities.

We’re seeking an experienced Business Operations Lead to own day-to-day operations for our Singapore team. This role is central to enabling high-quality delivery — strengthening systems, keeping the details handled professionally, and supporting leaders and teams with a focus on what’s useful and effective.
