Business Operations Manager, contract role (support billing/payment functions)

This is a contract role ending in mid November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize operational processes across internal and vendor teams to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Manage high volumes of operational cases related to billing, contracting, and payments, serving as the main operational contact for Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance through SLAs and KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, resolution time), analyze trends, and drive continuous process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and support finance and contracting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
