Business Operations Manager, Imaging & IGTS

**You are responsible for**
**Business Performance Management**
+ Establish and maintain the business performance management system
+ Support business team in win-loss analysis and drive the execution of improvement actions to systematically improve the win rate
+ Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure the long-term business growth
**Drive Commercial Excellence**
+ Partner with business team to deliver strategic transformations (e.g., High-Value Customers Program)
+ Connect and collaborate with BU Commercial Excellence
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ Strategic and logical thinking.
+ Strong business acumen and sensitive to data, strong data analytics capability.
+ At least eight years’ experience in Operation, Sales, Strategy, business development, with strong business/marketing related mission
