Business Operations Manager - ROS

SUMMARY As the Business Operations Manager - ROS, you will be responsible for the development and execution of growth strategies in support of business objectives for the Rapid Operations Shop (ROS), and provide program specific strategy, planning, direction, and coordination in partnership with the ROS Production Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Excellence + Performs and reports metrics such as budgets, productivity, cycle time, piece count output, and setup times.

+ Develop plans for the control of output, budget spending, labor efficiency and the utilization of department personnel to provide continuous reduction in product cost and a corresponding increase in quality and on-time delivery. + Successfully manages budgets including developing annual budget and spending plans.
