Business Operations Specialist

Responsibility:

• Primary focused in review and monitoring the financial health of dealer business operations;
• Monitoring of performance reviews per dealer and provide factual recommendation and necessary plans of action;
• Review and verify variable margin rewards based on the Business Policy guidelines
• Coordination with the Distributor counterpart for dealer requirements;

Qualification:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or Finance Management course
• Preferably with experience in the automotive industry at least 2 years in the operations management or finance department
• Able to evaluate financial statements, expenditures, and other financial records
