We are looking for a strategic legal partner to manage complex commercial and corporate legal matters. This role requires 5 to 8 years of experience, including expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, supporting mergers, acquisitions, and compliance with various regulations. Your ability to provide clear and practical legal advice will be essential in supporting internal stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including licensing and vendor contracts
• Support corporate governance and facilitate mergers and acquisitions
