- Identify, test, and implement changes to current systems to ensure compliance, improve performance, and usability.
- Support the deployment of IT solutions in factories across LATAM markets and act as the second level of support for stream solutions, resolving incidents and driving continuous improvement.
- Partner with business and IS/IT teams to understand needs, translate requirements, and propose alternative solutions, while also facilitating strategy and innovation planning with stakeholders.
