Business Partner – Training

Role Overview

The primary focus of the role is the delivery and ongoing improvement of the Risk Induction, which includes risk awareness, OurSafe Behaviours, and soon to include manual handling, health, fit testing, and related onboarding information. The role takes responsibility for the development, delivery, and maintenance of induction training packages in both face‑to‑face and online formats, to support effective onboarding of employees and contractors across Waihi Operations and the Waihi North Project, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with OceanaGold standards and New Zealand regulatory requirements.
