Business Partnership Assistant

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate new customer leads through various channels and proactive outreach.
• Identify potential business partners and sales prospects; conduct business development activities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while cross-selling bank assets and fee-based products.
• Adhere to internal guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and relationship management.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to facilitate excellent customer service.
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity logs, calls, and follow-ups.
