This role support Change Management and Correspondence work for Disability and AMS including review requests for change to process and correspondence, document customizations, and other non-standard items to support disability claim operations in all areas of claim management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure that requested variances/updates are handled timely and accurately and meeting our customer needs while remaining within all compliance and regulatory requirements.
