Role Overview
We’re hiring Business Process Agents to handle manual operational workflows such as approvals, sorting, and uploads.
This role exists to offload operational work from the Support team , especially around Magic Suite approvals , so support can stay focused on customers.
You’ll work behind the scenes to keep processes moving smoothly, accurately, and on time.
