Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create process documentation workflows, knowledge articles, and policies and guidelines for the customer service processes.
• Provide support in the implementation of projects on improvements and changes affected by organizational directions and regulatory promulgations thereby improving customer service delivery and ensuring attainment of corporate goals.
• Perform monitoring of customer processes to ensure that they are performing within prescribed KPIs by conducting process health check and mitigating identified risks and gaps.
• Provision of assistance to address process and system-related concerns

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of any of the following courses: BS Industrial Engineering, BS Information Technology or any equivalent or related course.
