Business Process Excellence Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

The Business Process Excellence Analyst, with the supervision of the BPE Manager, will drive process improvement initiatives in support of Generika's strategic and operating objectives. BPE Analyst will act as Continuous Improvement Partner of the Process

Owners to help streamline the processes using quality tools, project management, process documentation methods, Lean Six Sigma and other best practices. He/She evaluates current practices, looking for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, and make the best use of the business's resources. He/She will act as document controller, making sure that the processes in placed are documented properly for business continuity.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Process Owners in documenting the Branch Operations Manual for Generika Drugstore, including guidelines, policies, procedures, and revisions to forms when necessary.
