Business Process Analyst - Robotic Process Automation - Full Remote

For an international project in Manila, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Business Process Analyst for creation of requirement Automation Design Document/Process Design Document and business analyst role in design of simple and medium bots.

We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English. Candidates need to be willing to work Manila time.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage Demands and Incidents pipeline in ITSP, evaluate, confirm and administer demands throughout the lifecycle;
• Supervise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) support vendor in the area of demands delivery and incidents resolution, ensuring proper resources utilisation and timeliness;
• Communication with SMEs, requirements collection, translation into technical language, creation of requirement documentation (Automation Design Document/Process Design Document) for the purpose of Demands / Incident management;
