Business Process Analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled RPA Business Process Analyst (BPA) to help shape, refine, and deliver automation solutions that address complex business needs within a fast‑paced consulting and technology environment. This role provides the opportunity to work hands‑on across leading RPA platforms, partnering closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable process definitions. You will guide assessments, support development and testing activities, and ensure best‑practice process design throughout the automation lifecycle.



This position sits within Cognizant’s RPA Practice, working directly with clients to enable, scale, and optimise their automation capabilities while contributing to the ongoing growth of our ANZ Automation team.
