Business Process Analyst

Overview

Reporting to the Business Process Management Lead, the Business Process Analyst (BPA), is responsible for facilitating process discovery of current processes, process analysis, and process redesign. Leveraging methodologies and tools from Lean and Agile, the BPA supports business process management through the analysis and documentation of end-to-end business processes and workflows to build and maintain the process catalogue repository, business rules, application integrations, data and risk inputs and outputs.

The BPA, in conjunction with the Business Process Management team, facilitates collaboration and cooperation between Major Programs, business operations, and Information Technology.
