Were looking for a Business Process Architect to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our Operational Excellence team.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the organization's enterprise-wide process architecture.
• Define frameworks, standards, and taxonomies to promote consistency, traceability, and accountability.
• Identify method(s) for monitoring and selecting processes for improvement, promoting the use of digital tools for process mapping, monitoring and improvements.
• Map, optimize, and govern business processes with the member experience as the top priority, removing friction, reducing wait times, and enabling seamless integration across channels.
• Ensure business processes are seamlessly integrated with data sources and systems, enabling real-time insights and efficient workflows.
