Business Process Associate

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any equivalent management courses.
• Candidates with experience in business process management are preferred, but fresh graduates may also be considered.
• With Six Sigma Certification is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• With analytical and process optimization and automation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in handling escalated issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Teams, Word, Excel, Visio)
• Proficient in using visual presentation applications such as PowerPoint, Canva, or any video/photo editing software.
