Aquent is partnering with a major Canadian retail organization with a large-scale, multi-brand marketing ecosystem to help identify an experienced Business Process Consultant who can bring structure, clarity, and operational efficiency to complex marketing workflows.

This is a unique contract opportunity to work inside a highly collaborative marketing organization undergoing structural evolution, where you’ll play a critical role in documenting, redesigning, and improving how core marketing and promotional processes function across teams.

Lead Current‑State Process Discovery

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workflow discovery sessions across marketing, promotions, campaign, and cross‑functional teams
• Observe and document how marketing work currently gets done across key functions
