Focus is on execution, sustainment, and continuous improvement of processes supporting Virtual Connect.

Executes, maintains, and improves Retail Investment processes supporting Virtual Connect. Ensures processes are designed, documented, tested, and executed in alignment with regulatory requirements, business strategy, and stakeholder needs.

Works closely with the Senior Manager, Retail Investment (Virtual Connect) to support end-to-end process execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement delivery.
