Business Process Excellence Lead

Snapshot of the job:

• Checks reports hourly and daily depending on need of the account.
• Conduct report analysis, weekly and monthly.
• Notifies Operation Team about targets not met and outliers.
• Process and interpret data properly for references.

A little bit about you:

• At least 6 months of exposure on reports and data analysis.
• At least 6 months of practical experience as report analyst is a must.
• Exposure with Workforce management is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable on data interpretation and analysis.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (preferably with confidence in formulas, pivot tables, graphs and macros).
• Amenable to work on-site.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
