Role Summary

• Lead design, optimization, and support of
  O2C processes
  including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, returns, and revenue recognition.
• Drive process standardization and automation to improve commercial operations and customer experience.
• Analyze current O2C processes, identify gaps, and design scalable solutions for improved order fulfillment and invoicing accuracy.
• Ensure integration with
  MM, PP, FI/CO, PS
  , and related commercial platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to align business and system requirements.
• Provide user training and expert support for issues such as blocked orders, pricing errors, and credit challenges.
