Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Expert (BPE) for Commerce with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and business process transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered end-to-end O2C solutions and bring deep domain knowledge in one or more industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil, Retail & Consumer Goods, etc.).
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
O2C Process Excellence & SAP SD Expertise:
• Lead the design, optimization, and support of O2C processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, credit management, returns, and revenue recognition.
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to enhance commercial operations and customer experience.
