We are looking for a Business Process Lead who can assess current business operations , identify required process changes to align with SAP , and ensure that future processes are practical, executable, and aligned with real operational conditions.

1. Process Assessment & Gap Identification

• Review BBPs / process designs across all functions
• Conduct detailed on-ground assessments (plants, farms, logistics, finance)
• Identify gaps between current operations and required SAP‑aligned processes
• Define specific changes required in daily workflows
