Business Process Manager

Role Overview

The Business Process Manager (BPM) plays a key role in identifying, designing, and optimizing value-driven business processes across the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and partner with the IT Solutions team to support the implementation and continuous enhancement of SAP S/4HANA, with a primary focus on Finance & Controlling (FICO) and Group Reporting modules.

The BPM will drive process discovery, documentation, analysis, and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities while supporting end-to-end project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Information Systems, or any related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business process management, or ERP process improvement roles.
