Job Description
The Global Processes Team is responsible for cross-functional process management at Kramp. Working closely with Process Owners and Process Experts across the organization, we drive end-to-end process performance through structural improvements and ensure that the processes are future-ready. As a member of this team, you play a pivotal role in the Spring program – Kramp's group-wide multi-year transformation initiative, where we modernize our IT system landscape and standardize our way of operating.
We are looking for a Business Process Manager (Customer Need to Stock) who manages end-to-end process design and optimization in the area. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you pursue a metrics-driven approach and are comfortable with managing cross-functional process performance improvement. You coordinate and track process optimization projects.
