Business Process Senior Associate

We’re looking for a **Plan Design Associate** to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you will support the end‑to‑end administration of Canada Group Retirement plans. You’ll help ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information, process plan-level updates, and contribute directly to delivering seamless experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity to build technical expertise in retirement products, strengthen analytical skills, and be part of a high-performing operations team that supports Manulife’s mission of making decisions easier and lives better.



**Position Responsibilities:**



+ Set up new Group Retirement clients and maintain existing plans, including amendments, advisor changes, fund updates, repricing, and plan discontinuances.
