Business Process Senior Associate

We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to function as the HR department for the representatives. You’ll handle tasks such as code creation, promotions and demotions, terminations, fit and proper assessments, changes in servicing requests, and other requests related to agents and branches.

Position Responsibilities:

• Act as a resource person for policies and procedures, workflows, systems functionality, system issues, complex corrections and practices
• Act as point of escalation for highly sensitive and complex customer issues and if necessary, conduct the required research to resolve issues in a thorough and timely manner
• Handles complex transaction
• Process all knowledgeable work types as well as assist in quality checking if needed
• Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management
