Business Process Supervisor

The Business Process Supervisor helps the Top Management to drive the strategy executive through designing new business process models, streaming and re engineering existing business process, providing support to change management and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any equivalent management courses.
-Preferably with Internal Quality Audit and ISO Awareness Training Certificate.
-Preferably with experience in Business Process Management.
-With at least two (2) years and above supervisory or officer level experience in an ISO Certified Company.
-With a deep understanding of specific ISO standard such as ISO 9001, and the principles of management system auditing.
-Six Sigma Certification is an advantage.
-With strong leadership team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
