This role is responsible for the management and facilitation of the governance for QBE's People Learning function as well as the coordination of enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives at QBE. The role will ensure effective annual planning, seamless delivery of strategic programs, and robust global reporting. The role will manage the end-to-end process for major initiatives, oversee global vendor relationships and procurement, and facilitate the collation and analysis of data to support leadership and learning outcomes. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the business to enable impactful learning experiences and drive continuous improvement across the people learning function.
