Business Risk Specialist (Manager)

Bank of Singapore is recruiting a Monitoring & Assurance (M&A) Analyst within the Business Risk Management department. The role will conduct surveillance and assurance reviews, identify potential risks, and provide coaching to staff.

• Conduct communication surveillance to review, track, and raise potential misconduct or suspicious behaviour and data loss incidents.
• Perform risk‑based reviews to confirm that client‑facing staff meets regulatory and internal policy requirements, covering fair dealing, client suitability, sales and dealing practices, staff conduct, pricing, periodic reviews, and gift and entertainment controls.
• Analyse and identify gaps in existing operational procedures.
• Maintain internal documentation as evidence for surveillance work.
• Explain M&A findings to staff and/or the monitored team.
